Simply call toll free number 1.888.207.9696 and request the Reservations Department. Be sure to tell them you are with The Leadership Challenge Forum 2013 to secure the group rate. Please also indicate your flight arrangements and any special requests, i.e. allergies so we can accommodate.

After your reservation is made, the Four Seasons will send you a confirmation email stating the reservation details including their 7 day cancellation policy (see the Need to Know section for Hotel Terms and Conditions).  

The group rate expires July 8th, 2013.

Need To Know
Forum Opening and Closing: The Forum commences Thursday at 8:30 AM and concludes Friday at 4:30 PM

Hotel Surroundings: The Four Seasons Resort offers breathtaking scenery of the boulder mountains and valley lights creating a true retreat experience. For restaurants and shops off property a taxi or car will be necessary. 

Hotel Terms and Conditions: Please notify the Resort of any changes or cancellations 7 days prior to the date of arrival. Once within stated cancellation policy the guest will be responsible for the total stay's room and tax charges. 

Parking
: Complimentary day parking and $11.00 for overnight guests (begins at 10pm).

Pre-Conference Times: Pre-conferences will begin at 8:00 AM and end at 5:00 PM. Detailed information will be sent to registrants.

Special Requests Rooms: Casitas are located a short walk from the forum meeting space. Club cars will be available to shuttle guests to the forum meetings or your casita. Please request a casita closest to the meeting rooms and club car pick up/drop off if you are in need of assistance.  If you require hypo-allergenic bedding please contact the hotel to make arrangements.

Thursday Reception: All attendees are invited to join us in Proof restaurant Thursday 6:00pm – 8:30pm for a casual dinner reception.

Transportation: The Four Seasons resort is located approximately 45 minutes north of Sky Harbor Airport. Taxi cabs average $80.00 and reserved cars $90.00 including tip each way. Car rental may be more economical but remember to factor in overnight parking. Many of the national car rental vendors are available at Sky Harbor.

What to wear:  Dress is resort casual to include dress shorts and shirts, tasteful sun dresses, and business casual wear for warm weather.

The Phoenix Art Museum is one of the Southwest’s finest destinations for world-class visual arts. K1 SPEED
